Reducing inequalities with a special focus on in-work poverty
An own-initiative report on reducing inequalities with a special focus on in-work poverty. Amendments centre on the gender pay and employment gaps, atypical and flexible contracts (zero-hour, temporary, part-time), in-work poverty after the 2008 crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic, gender mainstreaming, collective bargaining, and poverty risks among older, single and migrant women and women with disabilities, citing Eurostat and Eurofound data and the European Pillar of Social Rights.

Plenary votes
47 roll-call votesIn plenary, Parliament usually votes in steps: first on amendments to the text (sometimes split into parts, so Members can accept one half of a sentence and reject the other), then on the text as a whole. The “main vote” is the one that adopts or rejects the text itself. Each vote below shows exactly which step it was. How voting works →
