Summary

An own-initiative report on the 2019-2020 Commission reports on Montenegro. The amendments address the 2020 parliamentary elections and the first transition of power, state capture, accession negotiation chapters and the revised enlargement methodology, EU pre-accession assistance and COVID-19 support, and the protection of Roma and minorities, while some amendments dispute Montenegro's suitability for EU membership.
