Annual report on human rights and democracy in the world and EU policy. Amendments call for monitoring civil-society space against authoritarian governments, and address the death penalty, torture, LGBTI persons, human rights defenders, arms exports and the EU Code of Conduct, conflicts causing child casualties, recognition of genocides such as against the Yazidi, the Istanbul Convention, and the body as a source of financial gain under the Oviedo Convention.
