Discharge in respect of the implementation of the budget of the European Union agencies for the financial year 2018: performance, financial management and control
This dossier concerns the 2018 discharge for the budget implementation of EU agencies, covering performance, financial management and control. The amendments raise the growing number of decentralised agencies and possible mergers, shortcomings in public procurement, the Court of Auditors' unqualified audit opinions and risk assessments, IT and SYSPER II, cooperation within the EU Agencies Network, the European Labour Authority, fundamental-rights strategies, and not replacing permanent staff with external consultants.
