Summary

A decision on the 2018 discharge for the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (Frontex). The amendments grant discharge and approve closure of the 2018 accounts, and address financing agreements with cooperating countries, staffing levels, high carry-overs, reimbursement of unsubstantiated costs, gender imbalance on the management board, transparency, public access to documents, and reporting to the LIBE committee.
