Summary

Discharge dossier on the 2018 EU general budget for the European Council and Council. Amendments concern the discharge procedure under the TFEU and the Financial Regulation, the lack of cooperation from the Council, a proposed memorandum of understanding between Parliament and the Council, postponing discharge to the Secretary-General of the Council, the Court of Auditors' annual report, appropriations carried over, transparency, the Ombudsman's inquiries, and lobby meetings.
