Summary

Proposed decision on enhanced cooperation between Public Employment Services (PES). Amendments reference Article 9 TFEU, the European Pillar of Social Rights, the European Green Deal and the UN Sustainable Development Goals; they address the PES network's capacity, performance comparison and mutual learning, its modernisation and digitalisation, cooperation with Union agencies and social partners, vulnerable groups including older workers, NEETs and people with disabilities, skills matching, and Union financial support.
