Summary

A legislative dossier on Real Driving Emissions (RDE). The amendments address Euro 6 emission limits and type-approval, conformity factors and margins of error for the RDE test procedure, a General Court judgment annulling part of an earlier regulation, air quality and premature deaths, access to vehicle repair and maintenance information, and reference the Dieselgate scandal.
