ETIAS consequential amendments: borders and visa
This dossier concerns ETIAS consequential amendments on borders and visa. The amendments, including texts rejecting the Commission proposal, address ETIAS reusing components of the Entry/Exit System, the European Search Portal and interoperability with EU information systems such as the VIS, SIS, Eurodac and ECRIS-TCN, the ETIAS Central and National Units, automated verifications and hits, data retention and minimisation, and a cooperation agreement with INTERPOL.
