Summary

This dossier is the 2017 discharge for the European Banking Authority (EBA). The amendments refuse, postpone or grant discharge, addressing the Authority's mandate and proportionality, cooperation with national competent authorities and the other European Supervisory Authorities, weaknesses in public procurement, anti-money laundering oversight, stress tests, cum-ex dividend arbitrage, the funding split between Union funds and Member State contributions, and the relocation from London to Paris following the United Kingdom's withdrawal.
