Summary
The dossier concerns military mobility. The amendments revise recitals on the EU as a strategic actor and security provider, credible deterrence and rapid deployment of forces, strategic autonomy, the Common Security and Defence Policy and cooperation with NATO, and the physical, legal and regulatory obstacles delaying movement of troops, personnel and equipment across Member States' territories, with references to dual civil-defence mobility, standardisation and interoperability.
