Summary
This dossier amends Protocol No 3 on the Statute of the Court of Justice. The amendments introduce a mechanism whereby appeals against General Court decisions concerning boards of appeal of certain administrative authorities, such as the European Union Intellectual Property Office and the European Aviation Safety Agency, proceed only if the Court of Justice first allows them, and address the secrecy of deliberations and the statement of reasons in judgments.
