Summary

This dossier concerns the EU/Vietnam Free Trade Agreement. The amendments address the chapter on Trade and Sustainable Development, the Paris Agreement, human rights and freedom of expression in Vietnam, the linkage between the FTA and the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement, ILO fundamental conventions, labour rights and gender equality, and the involvement of civil society organisations and Domestic Advisory Groups.
