Summary

The dossier is the Instrument for pre-accession assistance (IPA III) 2021–2027. Amendments revise the objectives of preparing beneficiaries for accession under conditionality, references to enlargement policy and the Western Balkans, alignment with the Common Foreign and Security Policy, and assistance on the rule of law, judicial independence, the fight against corruption and organised crime, migration and border management, security and climate change.
