Summary
The own-initiative report addresses an EU-Africa strategy to boost development. The amendments call for a stronger political partnership building on the Joint Africa-EU Strategy and the upcoming Summit, covering migration, climate change, peace, security and conflict prevention through CSDP operations and the African Peace Facility, the fight against terrorism, debt reduction, human rights, the rule of law, and the role of youth and education.
