Rapporteur (the Member appointed to lead Parliament's work on this text): CALVET CHAMBON Enrique (ALDE)
Summary
The dossier concerns transparent and predictable working conditions in the European Union. Amendments revise the directive's purpose and recitals referencing the European Pillar of Social Rights and Directive 91/533/EEC, and adjust the scope of minimum rights for every worker in the public and private sector, addressing new and precarious forms of employment and reduced predictability of working conditions.
