Summary
The dossier is a proposed regulation on access to the international market by coach and bus services, further opening national markets. The amendments address the scope of inter-urban regular coach and bus services, designation of a national competent authority or regulatory body, protection of existing public service contracts, cabotage subject to a Community licence, non-discriminatory access to terminals, and authorisation procedures. Some amendments reject the proposal.
