Summary

This dossier concerns access to the occupation of road transport operator and the international road haulage market. The amendments address undertakings using vehicles below a permissible laden mass threshold, requirements for real and continuous establishment in a Member State, cabotage operations, posting of workers, financial standing, national electronic registers accessible to other Member States, infringement seriousness, enforcement checks and sanctions against consignors, freight forwarders and subcontractors.
