Summary
2015 discharge concerning the Court of Auditors' special reports. The amendments comment on the report on financial loans to Member States in difficulties during the financial crisis, the role of the Commission, Council, IMF and ECB, programme conditionality and labour-market reforms, the Structural Reform Support Programme, the EAFRD and rural infrastructure, the Services Directive, eutrophication of the Baltic Sea, the EIT and KICs, and migration policy.
