The dossier is the 2015 discharge for the 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th European Development Funds (EDFs). The amendments concern the Court of Auditors' declaration of assurance and the error rate on EDF spending, the EU Emergency Trust Fund for Africa set up without consulting Parliament, budget support conditionality, integration of the EDFs into the Union budget, the Overseas Countries and Territories and ACP countries.
