Summary
Legislative proposal on the legal and operational framework of the European services e-card. Several amendments call for outright rejection of the Commission proposal, while others revise recitals and definitions on cross-border and secondary establishment of service providers, the roles of home and host Member States and coordinating authorities, validity, suspension and judicial remedies, building on Directive 2006/123/EC.
