Recast regulation on the European Union Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators. The amendments address the Agency's independence and objectivity, its financing through the Union budget, fees and voluntary contributions, performance-based budgeting, coordination of national regulatory authorities, regional operational/coordination centres, framework guidelines and network codes, integration of renewables and grid stability, energy security and energy poverty, and consultation of stakeholders.
