Summary
A legislative file revising the Capital Requirements Regulation on the leverage ratio, net stable funding ratio, own funds and eligible liabilities, counterparty credit risk, market risk, large exposures and reporting. The amendments rework the conditions and supervisory permission for reducing, calling or redeeming Common Equity Tier 1, Additional Tier 1, Tier 2 and eligible liabilities instruments, and recast large-exposure limits, including caps on sovereign bonds and shadow banking entities.
