Temporary autonomous trade measures for Ukraine

A legislative dossier on temporary autonomous trade measures for Ukraine. The amendments include rejections and deletions and address zero-tariff quotas for wheat, maize and other products, reintroduction of Common Customs Tariff duties where imports cause difficulties to EU producers, monitoring against fraud, reporting requirements, and conditionality on democratic principles, human rights, the rule of law and the fight against corruption under the Association Agreement.
