Summary

This file establishing an EU resettlement framework follows the ordinary legislative procedure, in which Parliament and the Council decide together to produce binding EU law. It was handled by the Foreign Affairs, Budgets, and Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs committees, under subjects of asylum, refugees and displaced persons, the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund, and migration policy.
