Asylum Procedure Regulation
The Asylum Procedure Regulation establishes a common procedure for international protection in the Union. Amendments seek to reject the Commission proposal and refer it back, while others revise recitals on the Common European Asylum System, the Geneva Convention, applications at the external border, the European Union Agency for Asylum, the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund, and the applicant's right to a personal interview.
