Qualification Directive
This dossier concerns the Qualification Directive on standards for qualifying third-country nationals or stateless persons as beneficiaries of international protection. The amendments revise recitals on the Common European Asylum System, refugee and subsidiary protection status, status review, secondary movements, the best interests of the child, family members, and the use of the Asylum, Migration and Refugee/Integration Fund to support Member States.
