Characteristics for fishing vessels. Recast

This dossier is a recast of the rules on characteristics for fishing vessels. Amendments revise recitals and provisions on uniform rules in line with the Common Fisheries Policy, international conventions on tonnage measurement and the safety of fishing vessels, characterisation of larger vessels including cargo and fuel capacity, delegated acts and expert access to Commission meetings, and a distinction between large-scale and small-scale fisheries.
