Summary
This dossier concerns the European Criminal Records Information System (ECRIS) and the exchange of information on third country nationals. The amendments address blanket requests, storage and exchange of fingerprints, a decentralised system with an index-filter, convictions for terrorism and serious crime, treatment of minors and of convictions for irregular entry or stay, access by Europol and Frontex, and storage of data within the Union.
