Summary
An own-initiative report preparing Parliament's input ahead of the Commission's proposal for the post-electoral revision of the Multiannual Financial Framework 2014-2020. The amendments address the refugee and migration crises and Heading 4 external action, the flexibility mechanisms and MFF ceilings, ad hoc Trust Funds for Syria and Africa and the Refugee Facility for Turkey, humanitarian aid, development funding and Official Development Assistance.
