Summary
This own-initiative report addresses European territorial cooperation, best practices and innovative measures. The amendments concern European Territorial Cooperation as part of cohesion policy, its budget share, cross-border, transnational and interregional cooperation, border regions and the migration crisis, shared management and multilevel governance, the post-2020 structure, and enlargement and neighbourhood policy.
