Summary
Discharge report on the 2014 EU general budget for the European Council and Council. Amendments criticise the Council's refusal to cooperate with the discharge procedure, citing Parliament's sole responsibility under Article 319 TFEU and the principle of sincere cooperation, and call for a code of conduct, anti-corruption guidelines, joining the transparency register, declarations of financial interests and greater transparency of legislative negotiations and trilogues.
