Summary

This dossier sets out the mandate for the trilogue on the 2016 EU budget. The amendments address Official Development Assistance targets, Sustainable Development Goals and climate finance, humanitarian aid funding for emergencies, payment appropriations, the European Development Fund, blending of loans and grants, and programmes including Erasmus+, Horizon 2020, the Connecting Europe Facility, COSME, the European Fund for Strategic Investment and the Youth Employment Initiative.
