Summary
An own-initiative report on gender equality and empowering women in the digital age. The amendments highlight women's underrepresentation in the ICT sector, gender stereotyping, segregation and the gender pay gap, call on the Commission, Member States and social partners to promote gender equality, encourage STEM education and role models, childcare and the Barcelona objectives, flexible working such as teleworking, lifelong learning and digital skills.
