Summary

This consultation concerns an agreement on operational and strategic cooperation between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European Police Office (Europol). Amendments approve the Council draft while one would reject it, ask the Council to consult Parliament again before substantially amending the text, and call on the Commission, after the new Europol Regulation enters into force, to assess the agreement's data-protection provisions and report to Parliament and the Council.
