Summary
A directive on combating terrorism. The amendments define and qualify offences such as public incitement (including online and glorification), soliciting, providing and receiving training in explosives, firearms or hazardous substances, and travelling abroad for terrorist purposes; they add safeguards on freedom of expression, exclude humanitarian activities and information for scientific, academic or reporting purposes, and set aggravating circumstances for offences against vulnerable persons including children.
