EU/Euratom/Moldova Association Agreement: implementing the safeguard clause and anti-circumvention mechanism

This dossier implements the safeguard clause and anti-circumvention mechanism of the EU/Euratom/Moldova Association Agreement. The amendments address consultations with the authorities of Moldova and the adoption of definitive and provisional safeguard measures, prior surveillance measures on imports from Moldova, the initiation of investigations, access to information and hearings for interested parties, and requests for information on the traceability of products under investigation.
