The amendments revise recitals on growth and recovery in the EU and eurozone, the EU 2020 targets, fiscal consolidation and austerity, oil prices, high unemployment and long-term and youth unemployment, the European Social Fund, Youth Guarantee, Youth Employment Initiative, NEETs, social protection and household incomes.
