Summary
Own-initiative report on European film in the digital era. Amendments add recitals and points on cross-border availability, promotion and distribution of European films, new business models and VOD, release windows, subtitling and dubbing, film heritage digitisation and preservation, copyright and remuneration for rightholders, media and film literacy, access to finance for the cultural and creative sectors, and tackling unauthorised consumption.
