The 2013 discharge for the European Institute of Innovation and Technology. The amendments alternate between granting, refusing and postponing discharge, and address the Court of Auditors' findings on legality and regularity of grant transactions, ex-post verifications and on-the-spot audits, procurement procedures and cancelled framework contracts, low budget implementation for staff expenditure and high staff turnover, and internal-audit follow-up.
