Summary
This own-initiative report makes recommendations to the Council on the 69th session of the United Nations General Assembly. Amendments address climate commitments, the Millennium Development Goals, the Universal Periodic Review and human rights defenders, torture and the death penalty, the International Criminal Court and the Kampala amendments on the crime of aggression, the Responsibility to Protect, peacekeeping, nuclear disarmament and the NPT.
