This dossier is a recast regulation on imports of textile products from certain third countries not covered by bilateral agreements, protocols or other arrangements or by specific Union import rules. The amendments address Union surveillance and surveillance documents, import statistics and economic data, confidentiality of information, import authorisations and securities, outward processing traffic and re-imports subject to quantitative limits, and the conferral on the Commission of powers to adopt delegated acts.
