Summary
A proposed decision establishing a European Platform to enhance cooperation in tackling undeclared work. The amendments define undeclared, falsely declared and bogus self-employed work, set up the Platform with a senior representative per Member State, the Commission, social partners and observers such as labour inspectorates and Eurofound, and task it with knowledge-sharing, exchange of best practices, administrative cooperation and promoting declared work while respecting Member State competences.
