Summary

Parliament's resolution on the 2012 discharge for the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC). The amendments alternate between postponing, granting or refusing discharge and closure of the accounts, citing the Body's budget, validation of its accounting system, low budget implementation rates, weaknesses in procurement procedures, treasury policy and cash concentration in one bank, conflict-of-interest declarations and publication of CVs, internal controls, and communicating results via its website.
