2012 discharge: EU general budget, Economic and Social Committee

A discharge decision on the 2012 budget of the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC). Amendments postpone the discharge, address the budget implementation rate, reimbursement of members' travel expenses on real costs, energy from renewable sources, translation and the cooperation agreement with the Committee of the Regions, rationalisation of human resources, videoconferencing savings and modernisation of IT infrastructure.
