Summary
An own-initiative report on the eHealth Action Plan 2012-2020. Amendments stress closing the digital gap between regions, training and digital literacy for healthcare professionals and patients, data protection and confidentiality of sensitive health data, interoperability and standardisation of eHealth systems, and access to care in remote, sparsely populated or disadvantaged areas.
