An own-initiative report on the EU's mutual defence and solidarity clauses and their political and operational dimensions. The amendments cite Article 42(7) TEU and Article 222 TFEU introduced by the Lisbon Treaty, the indivisibility of Member States' security, threats from armed attack to terrorism and CBRN or cyber attacks, the EU CBRN Action Plan, and relations with NATO and the North Atlantic Treaty.
