Summary
This own-initiative report addresses the internal market for services. The amendments revise recitals and paragraphs on the Services Directive and its implementation, the social dimension of the Single Market, workers' rights, equal pay for equal work, public services, the freedom to provide services and the country-of-origin principle, Points of Single Contact, and the Single Market Act II communication, with several criticising liberalisation and austerity policies.
