Summary
Own-initiative report on the impact of the financial and economic crisis on human rights. Amendments focus on developing and least developed countries, falling Official Development Assistance and foreign direct investment, debt, corruption, the EU's trade agreements and their human rights clauses, access to justice, unemployment, and unequal treatment of women, citing the ILO, WHO, World Bank and the Millennium Development Goals.
