Amendments adopt the FSB's definition of the shadow banking system, debate its links to the regulated banking sector, systemic risk, regulatory arbitrage and effects on the real economy, weigh direct versus indirect regulation in response to the Commission's Green Paper, and call for more data collection and international cooperation.
